Hello, We understand some people do have a heightened sensitivity to Melatonin, we do offer a product that is a similar formulation but does not have melatonin, it is called Mag 3D. Please reach out to help@saltwrap.com and we would love to send you a bottle to try.

“I have been taking magnesium malate for years, and it has worked well for me. Recently, I got some break-through cramps that woke me from sleep. I tried Mag R+R. I might have taken too many at once, but it upset my stomach. I contacted customer service, expecting to be ignored. Instead, I received a lovely, kind, and generous letter from Maffi, who sent me a credit that same day. This is customer service/good business practices that make me want to try again and to refer anyone I know who suffers from leg cramps.”

“Since I discovered Saltwrap. They are now my friends for life. I tried their MAG R&R for leg cramps. They worked right away. I couldn't believe it RIGHT AWAY. To make sure the pain would stay gone then I ordered the MAG muscle recovery &sleep support. I have not experienced any leg cramps since I tried it. They work , they work , they work. I can't wait to try their other products. I'm 100% confident that they are good too. I ordered something from Saltwrap and didn't agree with it and they with no questions asked they gave me my refund and wow they let me keep the product. I felt bad because they were so nice about it. “So far not much improvement. I have only been taking the supplement for a few days. I get night time cramps in my lower leg, calf and down into my feet. This happens several times a week and in either or both legs. Hopefully it will improve. As it stands now I cannot make an informed conclusion.”

Hi Darrell - I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“I bought these for my 84 year old mom who gets bad leg cramps at night while in bed. She’s tried everything and nothing seems to help, but these did immediately give her some relief. She took two to begin with and had no cramps the first two nights (and the diarrhea the magnesium she was taking she’d been having stopped). She did have some mild cramping the third night and occasionally after that, but in general says she can sleep much better, and no more diarrhea. A she realizes she could still take another/third pill and still be within the dosage, and that might do away w her leg cramps altogether. So very happy with these!”

“I've suffered from debilitating leg cramps for over 20 years. I started using your product, Mag R&R, in conjunction with 2 prescriptions I received from my doctor. I take 1 or 2 at bedtime with my 2 rx's and can now sleep through the night. Your reprsentatives are courteous and helpful. I especially like the fact that I can just order what I need when I need it. Great product! “SaltWrap does help reduce nighttime leg cramps- but not completely. I still get them occasionally but generally not as intense. I’ve lowered the dosage from 3 to 2 pills due to early morning loose stools. I assume it’s caused by the magnesium. It takes me a bit longer to arouse in the morning-could that be from the melatonin? If some of the ingredients are designed to help you sleep, would the product work without the sleep aids? I would like to get your response”

“When I wanted to stop or delay an auto shipment, I can't even find a representative to talk to. The person who answered the phone promised to have someone call me, twice, and they NEVER returned my calls. The products were shipped while I was out of town. The weather in Vegas, NV, where I live, is almost 110 F degrees. It was delivered under that situation and was sitting in my mailbox for half a day until I texted someone to pick it up. I will never buy from them directly again. If I ever need the product, I would get it from Amazon. Bad customer service!!! P.S. I am revising the review from one star to four because the customer service emailed me after the review, and tried to amend the situation by refunding me the cost. I am good with them. At least they stand by their service and follow up with the review. I will continue to order products of Salt Wrap.”

“Unfortunately I am one of probably very few people who did not get any relief from the nocturnal cramps. I tried taking three pills and it had no effect, although the hour and a half between my bouts of jumping out of bed was a sound sleep. I have now started using 100% magnesium oil spray on my legs and found immediate relief now, three days running. However, true to their word, they have refunded me without my even having to ask. Now THAT is A-1 top notch service!”
