“I have been taking the MAG R&R supplement for almost a year now. I had been getting bad cramps in my ankles almost every night, so I searched for something to alleviate them. I found the MAG R&R supplements and ordered them. I took 1 every night for a while & they seemed to help most nights. I had an appointment with a Doctor who told me that magnesium is something that they would prescribe for ocular migraines, which I have developed in the last year or so, so she recommended taking 2 every night, which I did. So far, I am not having the cramps at night and my ocular migraines are fewer. I definitely would recommend this product (and I have to many people).”

“I have taken this product for some time. I take 2 capsules per day and it has almost completely stopped my terrible leg and foot cramps in the middle of the night. I told my doctor that I was thinking of stopping and he told me not to. it stops my pain and the magnesium is good for digestion. So I will continue to take this for the forseeable future.”

“After several weeks I am reasonably pleased with MAG R&R. As someone who has suffered from foot & leg cramps frequently, I have only had a few episodes after starting MAG R&R. Nevertheless when I started taking MAG 3D I had cramps during the day which was unusual for me. I stopped taking MAG 3D and have had no further episodes. I am reserving judgment on MAG R&R until I have tried it for a few months.”

“I was getting constant leg and ankle cramps that shot me out of bed in the middle of the night. After taking the Mag capsules, the cramps are basically gone, my wife is taking them now too for her leg cramps They are an excellent medicine that puts my pain to sleep”

“Worked very well at first for periodic excruciating leg cramps after overnight work. Great ingredient list. Not sure there is enough of anything except melatonin. May be trying another broad spectrum magnesium product. to compare. Btw, my name is not 1112!”

“OMG…I started getting these leg cramps out of nowhere. Never had them in my life. Extremely painful & debilitating. I was scared everyday about getting them. I didn’t know what to do. I found Saltwrap a few weeks ago. Still working on the correct dosage & schedule for myself using both the daytime & nighttime, but am very hopeful about the product. Thank you so much!”

“I found Mag R&R when I was searching for something natural that would help me with nighttime foot cramps. They were so bad, they would wake me up and I would have to sit up in bed and rub my feet, which not only disturbed my sleep, but also my husband’s. I have been very happy with Mag R&R and have even given samples to my workout buddies, as well as my instructor! I know at least one of them has purchased the product! Thank you so much for developing this wonderful product! It’s restored my sleep and, even when I’ve experienced a tough workout, I’m able to relax my body and sleep soundly.
