“It works!!! I'm getting older, so the body gets stiff...I run everyday for about 3-3 1/2 hours because I love to run and the joint supplement works so well that I can run without feeling the stiff joints. Thank you for this product! I'm starting week 2 now.”

“I started taking Mag R&R appropriately 5 weeks ago. Initially my boyfriend bought me a bottle for severe leg cramps for me to try. I was convinced that that was what I needed. I have purchased 3 bottles since and will be ordering again. Thank you Salt Wrap!!!”

“I just started using the product and so far no results - still have nasty charley horses at night but man after I take it I get very very sleepy. So I think f you take it for sleep it seems to work great.”

“This product worked as predicted. Unfortunately for me, I had to stop taking it because it caused me to have diarrhea all the time. 2 pills was the dosage that took my leg cramps away, but had that undesired effect. 1 just didn't cut it. I've been off it for a week, and the cramps have been horrible. I tried it again last night. No cramps, but diarrhea this morning. I'm so sad 😢”

“I highly recommend R&R for anyone who experiences nocturnal leg cramps. I definitely notice the difference when I don’t take 3 before bedtime. Since menopause it’s sometimes difficult to get back to sleep in the very early morning hours but I just take 1 and I wake up refreshed and not groggy. The melatonin doesn’t give me negative dreams as I’ve previously experienced with other brands. I just reordered 3 bottles so I can have a spare and share.”

“I was unable to take it. It made my head feel so heavy I felt bad all day. My ankles got stiff and my feet swelled. I like Salt Wrap. I just could not take this product.”

“Even though I can't say that the product is eliminating or even helping to alleviate the cramps, I do think I am sleeping somewhat better, which is definitely a plus & customer service definitely deserves 5 stars. Only giving 6 points for the question of recommendation because I don't know anyone else that is bothered by nightly leg cramps. Whatever the cause, it apparently isn't lack of magnesium in my case. Maybe someday I'll find out what is the cause.”

Hi Tena! We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“Product is doubtful, some nights only light cramps, other nights the usual severe cramps so the jury is out as to whether this product works. Great customer service, cost of product was returned to me.”
