“Still having night cramps. Been on the pills for couple weeks. They are less, before I was having them every 2-3 hours. Now they are 1-2 a night. Earlier I have them a 2 star which really was a little harsh. I received a email from them saying they read my review and were refunding me and it came thru about same time. I will continue to use the pills till they run out. Maybe by the end the results will improve.”

“I had leg cramps at night due to a prescription drug that I was unable to suppress with NSAID pain medication. I saw an add for MAG R&R from SaltWrap, which I ordered and cannot do without now. It keeps the leg cramps pretty much at bay and allows me to sleep most of the night.”

“I love your producy R and R. I am a nurse, in a nursing home. I work nights and am on my feet all night. I use R and R because I often get cramps in both my legs when trying to rest! This product is a life saver!!”

“I have been using three Salt Wrap supplements: MAG 3D, MAG R&R, and just recently started to take GUT CLINIC. MAG 3D works well if I take 2 capsules in the daytime. MAG R&R works well if I take two capsules before bed. I am thankful that my muscle spasms have become very rare, and my Fitbit sleep score is now quite high. GUT CLINIC has reduced my bloating and gut discomfort. I am very pleased with all three of these supplements.”

“I like and use the mag R&R for my nighttime muscle cramps. I was intrigued by the gut health product and want to try it. I attempted to order one bottle while it was 30% off but it kept putting me on a monthly program so I cancelled the order. I want to see how it works for me but I’m also concerned about the cost of continuing it all the time. Close to $60 a month on top of other supplements might be too much for me to spend monthly.”

“I got the capsules and the curcumin caused very severe GERD. I was so sick that now I have to have a GI procedure. I wrote in and asked for a refund and after a delay due to a holiday I received a nice response and a refund.”

“Couldn't see that they made a difference. Ordered a second time because most supplement generally take more than 30 days to really work but can't rave too much. Still has nightly leg cramps. Edited after my earlier review,it was actually read and my account was credited full refund. That is great customer service ! Thank you for reading my review”

“This was not for me, but I couldn't ask for and have never come across a better group of people that know how important communication is. My failure may be a thyroid issue and not related to this plan at all. I'm grateful for their compassion and guidance more than I can express. I can only wish all others continue successfully. “I suffered from severe leg and thigh cramps almost nightly until I saw an ad from salt wrap for Mag R&R. After reading how the product was developed and the ingredients were natural, I decided to try it. I followed the recommendation and for the first few nights I took 3 pills, then after one week I reduced to 2 pills, and after a couple of nights I reduced it further and took only ONE pill each night before bed, and I've been using this product and this dosage for a little over a year and have achieved 100% success. I very highly recommend this product, it has been a life saver for me !!”
