“Unfortunately this product has not been helpful for my foot and leg cramps at night. I have tried taking the full dose of three per night for a couple of weeks now and my cramps are the same. I was really hoping it would work. However, it is relaxing and helps with getting to sleep. The customer service has been wonderful!”

“I was disappointed and be much aggrieved by gross negligence by shipping department. They sent my order without address. Just. Zip code. Arrived at post office without street address. Took 3 trips to post office to get the package”

“In the short time I have been using Mag R&R, I still experience leg cramps although not as severe. I have tried 1 tablet, 2 tablets, and 3 tablets. I will continue to see which dosage is the best”

Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“I was praying that mag r and r would work better, but it has not. I have been taking it for months now and it has only gotten a little better. I ordered again because now I'm afraid to stop using the product. I'm very disappointed. Although I'm not satisfied with MAG R and R product, the customer service is excellent.”

“I have RLS and was hoping this product would help me. Unfortunately, it had no effect on my RLS. I'm sure it is a great product,but I have a severe case of RLS, and only prescription drugs with many bad side-effects seem to help; however this was a very positive experience because they have a great customer service department and they are very responsive.”

“While I am sure your product may be a God send for some, I am one of those that could not stomach the product. This is in no way to harm the reputation of the product, I have a very sensitive stomach. I have suffered from leg cramps for years and I was so hoping this would help.”

“Bought the MAG R&R - Nighttime Muscle Cramps & Relaxation Support because it was advertised to help with restless leg. It didn't help at all. SaltWrap however did deliver the order in a decent time and did refund my money for the product not helping.”

“Update!!!! Customer service called me back the following day and refunded my entire purchase. I appreciate their immediate attention to my review and concern. They have told me the issue with the servings on the collagen synthesis product has been corrected and the product will now have 30 servings. I was very satisfied with this product especially the consistency of the collagen when mixed with water. Other collagens are just not the same. I am happy they fixed the issue with servings and will continue to purchase this product.”
