“I am very satisfied with the R&R. I had immediate results taking one capsule. I highly recommend people to try this. This is the only product that actually works. I have slept 7-8 hours a night. I was sleeping only four to five hours a night for the past nine years.”

“Before using this product I was waking up every night at least every two hours with terrible leg cramps. I would have to get up and walk it out. I would then go back to bed usually waking again in two hours with more cramps. Most nights I just gave up and slept in a chair where for some reason made it better. I was reluctant to try M&R. In fact I contacted C/S after a week for a refund. The wonderful rep convinced me to keep trying . She said it would take a bit for my system to absorb the supplements. She assured me that a refund would be given at any time. So I did and within 3 weeks it was working for me. I am now sleeping through the night without any cramps. This is a miracle product! I would encourage anyone with this problem to give it a try. They will not regret it!”

Hi Joe! I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“Well, it is not working as well as I had hoped. For years I had used Cramp Defense (for which you can take up to 9 per day as needed; I was using about 4 and it was working pretty well). I switched to MagR&R, and I'm currently taking the recommended 3 per evening. But I am also taking up to 4 of another magnesium product, and 2 quinine tablets, and sometimes Sweeps tonic water. The cramps have decreased somewhat, but certainly not entirely. Some, such as hamstrings and feet, are extremely painful; calves are less painful.”

“A couple a weeks ago i had the worst cramps i ever had. I didnt wait till morning to strat looking. I ran across your ad and I definitely had all the symptoms. To be honest I was skeptical!! But to my surprise, it worked! I take 2 every night since receiving them. I missed one night and cramped in the morning but it wasn't as bad. So I have them right by my bedside. I was almost chronic. Sometimes in my inner thighs, hamstrings lasting upwards of 5 or ten minutes. I'm a handyman and sometimes I work through lunch and skip water this is when I feel it most at night. But I am a believer in this product. It's a miracle for me. Thank you for giving me a peace of mind and a much needed good night's sleep and rest!! Amazing product!!!!!”

“I have sent in positive reviews before and will gladly do it again. I have a lot of trouble with legs cramping and have been taking Mag R&R for years now. Recently I cut back on it because of another medication. I find that I NEED Mag R&R . I will never stop it again. I have even just this week added Mag 3D so I could get more magnesium in me. I love this product .”
