“Age 64 male. Night leg cramps came out of nowhere. Very painfully inner thigh. This product plus senior vitamin plus Apple cider vinegar have stopped the cramps and made sleep better. No relapses and now about 10 weeks in. I'm using 2 per night and may try dropping to one. I plan to keep using indefinitely. No side effects.”

“Scot, I've tried the Mag R&R and had less good results than others have reported. It gives me more magnesium than my system can stand, as my really good bone-building calcium contains enough magnesium already. I think I will stick with my OTC magnesium-based topical for my leg cramps. I will not be ordering any more.”
