“Hi Scott, Thanks for the opportunity. Have used Mag R&R for over a year. I was initially concerned with drug interaction but after checking with Dr. was assured there was nothing to interfere with meds. Regarding the R&R effects, I've found it to be gentle on stomach and effective within 15-20 minutes. I take one dose.”

“I've been using Mag R & R for 1-2 years now and should have written a review sooner. Because I have had outstanding results! Prior to getting this I would wake up with severe leg cramps 4-5X a week. And often times it was multiple times a night. I consulted doctors, friends, and even tried online. I would have to get up and walk around the house and do some stretching to get relief. I don't remember how I stumbled on SaltWrap Mag R & R. But the results were immediate!! It's a different magnesium than what I tried before. It suggests starting with one pill and you can add 1-2 more if needed. Most nights I still just use 1. If I get a cramp (very occasional now) I'll sometimes take two the next night. Thank you SaltWrap for a superior product!”

“I've been using Salt Wrap R and R for over a year. I take 3 capsules every night before bed. I used to get very painful leg, ankle and foot cramps nearly every night. Now, with R and R I don't get that terrible pain that wakes me from sleep. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers nightly leg cramps.”

“I have severe restless leg syndrome. This did not work for me. I know we are all different so it may work for others but didn't work for me. I would recommend for others to try it . It may work for them.”

“I've been dealing with night legs cramps forever, and now body cramps too, anytime of the day. Taking SaltWrap Mag R and R has made my night leg cramps much easier to handle, and helps me to sleep so much better. I've learned to take it just before I'm ready to sleep so the melatonin in it works best to help me fall asleep. If I sleep wrong and a leg cramp happens, i just stand up and it goes away in a minute or two. Using that at night and pickle juice during the day, plus a drink of pickle juice about an hour before bedtime, has been a great help to manage my body cramps. In fact, I believe it works so well, I share with family and friends who struggle with cramps.”

“I would recommend this product to others because when it didn't work for me I notify the company and they refunded my money back to me for the entire purchase of the product. I thought that was very kind of them because they didn't have to do that, plus they told me not to send the remainder of the product back to them. I can work with people like this who were very honest in refunding my money back.”

“I was so hopeful that this would be the answer to my 9 year battle with cramps. I have been taking 3 capsules each night at bedtime since the day I received my shipment. Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me. Cramps are difficult to treat and mine have been resistant to everything. However, I would be quick to recommend this product to others because the science makes sense and just because it didn't work for me does not in any way mean that someone else might have a very different experiece.”

“I thought I ordered 2 R&R pkgs, but I received 1 Mag R&R and 1 Gut Clinic. I called twice, 1 lady said she'd send instructions to return Gut n get what I wanted. No info. I called again and was told you'd get back to me. Nothing again. Shall I give up now?”
