“Price was great... promise of free dexex overnight was great.. purchase process was great... then it all fell apart. It took over a week to get a "tracking number" that was only a label being printed. Method was fedex standard instead of overnight. Contacted and they said it would be changed. New fedex label was printed.. that was about week ago and STILL it has not been handed over to fedex. No response from the chat bot other than they are busy and someone will email me back or call me. Nothing the last 3 days... I simply want to get the product I purchased.. that is not that much to ask for.
Aug 15th Update: status mysteriously updated to REFUNDED on August 10th but ZERO DOLLARS have been placed back onto my card so far.
Update:: they give me a $300 in-house gift card. First purchase try was voided as that product was not eligible to be purchased with a gift card. Second try reunited in order confirmation only to be cancelled and refunded days later due to no stock.

My Response: then you should honor my original or for the iPhone 14 pro max when it is in stock instead of giving me the runaround on accepting/confirming/ and printing FedEx labels only to cancel it later. That would be the correct response.
UPDATE 8/25/2013… so they have restocked and I have placed another order using their gift card. Order is confirmed and delivery is supposed to be 8/29. We will see.. still disappointed I could not get the 14 pro max like originally order and settling for the 13 pro max. If it actually arrives

Reordered same item and now they are charging me more than the gift card was for. I will pay it when they send the product.

They cancelled the order and issued a refund. BUT, the redund has not shown back up on the gift card balance yet and no response to me new inquiry so I can try to make a 5th purchases to keep from losing my money with them.
UPDATE 9/08/2023: Zero response from them and zero refund reflected on the gift card. This should officially be considered a SCAM business at this time and should not be used for any purchases.
UPDATE 9/15/2023: there put money back on the gift card. A new purchase was made on 9/9/2023. Order accepted.. order confirmed.. and still no response with a Ship Date. I am sending emails each day waiting for a response but nothing.

“Shopiosx supposedly offers a valid parking pass for the store but I tried it 3 times and it didn't work. As a result, I had to spend almost the price of my order on parking - which is absolutely ridiculous. Shopiosx should invest more in their services so that customers don't have to unnecessarily pay for something like parking.”

“I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Shopiosx on 05/13/2023 and was a little shocked at the shipping cost, the coupon I received was not just the cost of the product for shipping. The shopping cart discount was only 5%. I'm across the country from their location, so I was also a bit annoyed when I had to pay the $6 authentication fee. It's a good phone. Even a great phone. The exterior is in excellent condition. But what holds back the five-star review are the speakers. They sound like they exploded. Or water damage. I can't say. But it really sours the enjoyment of the content. Everything else on the phone is great. The speakers alone really make it feel like garbage.”
“I brought a blue iPhone XR 64GB around Christmas, shipping took a week to arrive. When it did arrive it was fine, it worked with my carrier initially. After about 60 days, the phone started showing a thick black strip down the left side and the colours looked washed out. Initiated warranty request as there was no visible external damage whatsoever. Sent the phone back to the seller, and was told that it had been inspected and that I had caused the damage and it was not covered. Not sure how this is possible since no visible damage and was in a case from day one. Took the phone to an independent phone repair and had it fixed for $150. However, they told me that 2 screws had literally fallen out of the phone when they had opened it for repair, and that all the screws needed to replace the screen were badly stripped. Informed the seller, and they informed me "Our technicians ensure that after an inspection all screws, connectors and parts are securely attached for optimal usage." Well, obviously not. And perhaps replace screws when they are stripped rather than re-using them after a repair or inspection? Disappointed, but not surprised considering the $40 price mark. I’m currently now returning the XR and waiting on my return label.”

I understand why they needed to deduct the amount but I am still a bit upset about it. “I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 from Shopiosx on 4/15 and was not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took 5 days to arrive, which seemed excessive for a gaming PC, and once it finally did arrive I was highly disappointed. The specs don't match up to the ones advertised, making it sub-par for gaming, and the overall quality of the product was not good. My experience with this PC has been one of the worst I've ever had. Either due to design or manufacturing issues a large percentage of these units have temperature defects right out of the box. My CPU runs at 100 degrees Celsius while idle! Unfortunately I did not diagnose this issue soon enough to return the product but if I could I would do so immediately. It is under-warranty and I am sending it back to the manufacturer, but that means I will be without a PC for a month, about as long as I have had this product. Also, I am not confident Acer can repair it, as they seem unable to build it properly in the first place. Do yourself a favor and but a computer that works as built; leave this one for people who enjoy trouble shooting defective products”

“I placed an order through Shopiosx to Mexico and was charged $500 upfront for international shipping. The shipping took 4 weeks and there was no discount offered. I was not at all satisfied with my experience. It's clear that they need to work on their international shipping services, especially if they are charging customers upfront for them! The service was very slow and the company's Beverly Hills location was way too far away from me. A representative helped me & my account was upgraded to the wholesale section but Shopiosx does offer good quality products, but their shipping needs some refining for sure.
