“The reason for my 2-star rating on ShopiOSx review is because of the rude and rushed behavior of the lady who assisted me. She didn't explain the payment fee properly and was in a hurry to finish up with me. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. Furthermore, the parking situation at your store is terrible. It's a shame because I had a great experience with the iPhone 13 Pro Max I purchased from ShopiOSx, which connected perfectly with my carrier and has 100% battery health. I was hoping to purchase some AirTags and a clear care for my phone from your store, but the terrible customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I strongly urge them to improve the customer service at your Key West store. The AC is also too high, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay for long”
“I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Shopiosx, and while the shipping process was super quick and efficient, when I opened up the box there was a glaring issue. The clear case that was supposed to be included in my order wasn't there! It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to send in the receipt multiple times before they finally agreed to reship the case. Consequently, Shopiosx only deserves two stars from me for this experience.”
“I placed an order for pickup for a gaming PC from their San Diego store and had an overall positive experience. The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. “I recently had a horrible experience with my landlord who stole my iPhone order from Shopiosx. After contacting the police and filing a police report, I contacted Shopiosx to inform them about what happened. The customer service was really responsive and they escalated the issue right away. I was very upset but they were very understanding and professional. Although I'm still waiting for a response, I'm hopeful that they will be able to make it right.”
“I was so disappointed with the Shopiosx store in Bothell. I tried to pick up the iPhone and MacBook I wanted and they were out of stock. As a result, I had to place an order online and the shipping cost me an additional $78. Their lack of stock is unacceptable and they should do better at keeping their shelves stocked. “I purchased two iPhones from Shopiosx and was very disappointed when I found out that I had to pay an extra authentication fee and a separate shipping fee. This added up to a significant amount of money that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase, and it really took away from the overall value of the phones. The iPhones themselves were on sale for only $400, so it seemed excessive to have to pay additional fees on top of this. I hope Shopiosx can improve their policy but they haven’t given me a coupon or anything, I found them on offerup and they delivered but the fees are irritating and egregious”

There are also limited discounts available, and the website layout is outdated. On top of that, their prices are a bit higher than their competitors and the shipping charges I had to pay were outrageous. What's worse is that there's no app to get a response from them on the phone and it can take long times for them to answer your queries. Overall, I feel like Shopiosx needs to make some improvements if they want to compete with bigger stores and online marketplaces like Amazon, Mercari and eBay. This store has the potential to be a lot greater then it is now…”
