I am waiting for Sun Joe to issue a credit for my defective steamer. STM-30E otherwise you done a great job handling my steamer problem. Thank you, I really need the new steamer now.

I was totally surprised by all the help your contractor Precilla Onod assisted me with. I would say she is one of your best !!! The only problem is trying all the steps to reset the snowblower does not turn on it still will operate with a/c power.
