“I have enjoyed my experinece with the SunJOE hand-held vac I purchased through QVC. When there was a problem I received quick and acceptable solutions. I was even delighted that the woman I spoke with promised to send a new vac to eliminate the problems. I appreciated that very much. I spoke with someone yesterday and I believe a new hand -held vac is arriving soon. I can't wait to have it as I use it all the time around my home. Even thinking of getting another one to have upstairs. Thank you for being thoughtful and truthful about your product. I will continue to look for Sun Joe products when necessary. Nancy”

“I recently had an issue with my Sun Joe pressure washer. I called and spoke with Grace who was extremely helpful and discovered an error from my previous call when I was told my unit was not under warranty, even though it was less than 2 years old. Grace patiently walked me through the proper steps, helped me supply the proper information and was able to determine that my unit was indeed still under warranty and would be replaced. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and Grace was a joy to work with over the phone.”
