“I had a hose that failed within its warranty period. The representative quickly took care of my needs, sent me a label to return the defective unit, and issued a replacement once the old one was mailed. I was pleased with the result.”

“The customer service is excellent and the people are very courteous. The only element concerns the delay by UPS in sending the blower to be replaced and the shipping of the replacement blower, which caused me inconvenience during the 2 snowfalls during this period.”
