“Great customer service. I'm not so sure about the hoses. Great concept, but poor execution. They sent me new ones, and I will try them and see if they get better flow than the first set. Or I might have to go back to the old fashioned kind of hose.”

“The detergent selector switch and fitting broke on Ty pressure washer. I sent the whole unit back using the the prepaid ups shipping label. Within a week, I receiv3d a whole new unit. Excellent customer service!”
