“After less then a year and only a few uses. I went to use the powerwasher this year and the motor just whined. Contacted the warranty dept they asked for a video and said they would replace it. They e-mailed a ups sticker, I boxed it up and sent it back. As soon as ups scanned the delivery ticket I had an e-mail saying the replacement unit is on its way. Well done.”
