“I had good service in honoring the warranty on my purchased faucet that I had about 5 months and sent a replacement of the same model again providing the full manufacturer's warranty for 2 yrs. with no added limitations. The service given was much apprecciated.”

“I spoke with two different agents. The first was a female with a very thick Indian accent and had difficulty speaking in English. She seemed to not be able to grasp the things I was telling her. When I called back, I reached a man that was easy to understand and was very helpful and got my problem resolved in 10% of the time I spent with the first agent.”
