“Unfortunately I coukd not complete my call due to work interruption but I was happy with the interaction I had . I ended up returning the hose to the store I purchased it from. In past experiences it takes too long to get a pkg from the USA . Summer will be over in a couple of months . But thankyou”

“My most recent experience was a bit trying. The agent did not seem to be very experienced and difficult to understand. It took three-quarters of an hour to get my issue resolved. My experience prior to the last one though was extremely good. The agent knew what she was doing and my issue was resolved very expediently.”
