Our 100 ft hose started leaking after a little less than one year. After talking with someone about the use and condition of the hose, they agreed it would be replaced under warranty. Received replacement hose in about 5-7 days! Great service and honoring the warranty provided!! Thanks

I bought a pole saw and after assembly, I found out I could not use it until I provided chain oil. I stated to snow-joe that if nothing else advise the customer and he might also buy chain oil. Also including chain oil is a customer friendly idea. I was sent a bottle of chain oil from the company. Making the customer happy was the result
