Sun Joe was about the best company I've ever dealt with in regards to a warranty issue. They had a replacement power washer to me 3 days after I dropped off the defective one at UPS! Great customer service, thank you@

SunJoe's stands by their no worry warranty policy and their customer service was amazing. They quickly resolved my issue and provided the necessary information to process a replacement for my damage product without hassle! The new product arrived promptly, allowing me to finish the job I was working on. Highly Recommend!

Customer support offered to send new mower since they could not say how long it would take to get safety key, which has been on back-order for quite some time. I did not feel right about getting new mower because I lost the key. Used a "butterfly" paperclip in place of key and mower now runs.

I had been waiting for a new mower blade to get back in stock. When I called Customer Service and told the rep the whole story, she told me they would replace the entire mower! Unbelievable service!

I experienced a malfunction with an item that was covered under warranty, the customer service tech that assisted me with the issue was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the warranty issue. A return label for the malfunctioning item was quickly sent and replacement item was mailed just as quick.
