“Another further scam operated by shoptota[eurosell].
Paid for a firestick on my debit card, verified by visa asked for my password to check it was me.
Turns put the scammers were controlling this, and a further transaction went to another company.
The bank said i had made a 20.99 to Dominos pizza, a place i have never been in my life.and was confirmed by verified by visa.
So cancel your debit card and set new passwords.
Seems an endless scam.”

I think I was first to review shoptora on trust pilot I did not purchase after taking advice as they seem to have no phone number which is a give away. I advise contact your bank or card provider also ask your provider to change card incase of future fraud. Us British are greedy for low prices it's our downfall. Even if it was genuine we would have to pay import tax for goods from overseas so it's not worth it. Look for reviews if you don't see any do not buy from sites. The real shoptora is in either Pakistan or India not same people. People be savy. I'd recommend try contacting google as it's on there search engine.hope you all get money back”
“On the 8th of November I paid £52.00 pounds for a keter storage box from shoptora when I finally received an email didn’t look right no delivery date so I looked in truspilot reviews to my horror ,horrendous reviews a scam etc so I emailed shoptora that I want a refund was ignored until the next day and same as other people 15/20 day delay etc but told them I want my money back I then rang my bank and Nat West fraud &disputes got to wait 15 days from payment and the bank cannot stop pending payment now gone out to eurotexsell so now got to wait ,they are trading as shoptora ,cartbright and shopozo when you write a review on trustpilot they report it so nobody can read your review that telling people there scammers ,please avoid this french or appears to be french company and eurotexsell who iv read is actually based in Africa the address in France is a house /flat they have used as there so called base address no one seems to have recieved there money back or goods on the reviews iv read not one out of hundred plus people I’m a 100% sure this is a scam !!”
“Everyone, everywhere, agrees these losers are scamming thieves, but I speak French and have discussed their behaviour with the SRPJ in France (Service Regional Judicial Police) and they kindly affirmed that an investigation was already underway. They think the scam is operated from Africa. Like me, if you have lost your hard earned money, go to your bank and request a refund under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.”

Spoke to my bank who advised they send a dispute to the other bank but my money will be back in my account today.”

Thieving bastards stealing from people at Xmas. Thankfully my item was only around £25, but was about a tenner cheaper than ebay or Argos or wherever else I saw it. The frustrating thing is that its a birthday present for my 8 year old daughter who doesn't deserve to be disappointed by these bastards (luckily I ordered it with enough time including the '20 days' lateness to be able to get it for her on the day).”

I would like to see a "no star" option on Review.io, for this comptemptable scam company. As a previous reporter wisely said, contact your bank and request a "charge back" from them. This will enable them to claw your funds back, hopefully within 24 hours. Good luck!”
“Look's like i've been scammed like everyone else, same e-mail's saying 5/7 day's delivery, next day sorry will be up to 20 day's because of high demand. sent load's of email's to them all they say is your package has entered europe territory and DPD will contact you with delivery detail's. it's been 4 week's now so iv'e sent an email asking for my money back I don't hold out much luck getting that back, my bank say give it a few more day's then they will look into it, The amount of people would have been ripped off by Shoptora is un real why are they still allowed to trade. I give 1 star only because i could'nt leave none.”

After a month you will get an email saying out of stock but will give extended warranty. If you contact them you will get auto emails, that is when you know you have been done.
They are good at this do not get fleeced.”
