The price is always fair (as compared to a couple unnamed other companies), the restorations are always immaculate, and the special features are sometimes worth more than the film itself.

“I found the old version of the website easier to navigate. While the new website may be more mobile friendly, I find it harder to find things. With the shear amount of titles you have available, scrolling through everything can take forever! Websites like yours need more categories and sub-categories so we can narrow down our interests before we start browsing through the list.
A search for a title only works if you remember the name of the movie you're looking for ;)”
