“Being a huge fan of the work Shout Factory does, I prefer to support them directly by shopping on their site directly rather from outside vendors. They somewhat recently redesigned their website to make it even more intuitive to shop on it, which I have very much appreciated. The only thing I wish they would add is a feature so that when one signs into their own account, they can see their complete order history, with a detailed list of titles in each order, and the ability to edit orders should it be required. I recently couldn't remember whether or not I had ordered a particular title because I had in fact pre-ordered it months ago and couldn't find a confirmation email in my inbox confirming that it would arrive at some point. This is the only thing that I feel is lacking in the Shout Factory shopping experience. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the service.”
“You guys make it so easy to shop on your website and the few titles I have ordered came fast. The only complaints I have is when I ordered all 4 volumes of Beetleborgs they came so out of order and one at a time I couldn't start watching until the last one, Volume 1, arrived. I enjoyed watching them once I got them all. I had also preordered Digimon Adventure tri. Reunion, fantastic dub, and the only real problem I had was getting the lithograph out of the tube since it was so tight. Other than those minor inconveniences I've had a good experience with your website, shipping and products being of good quality.”
