“They a big deal about making plates on the day you ordered them, but then didn't get round to posting them for two days. If I'd know they were so inept I would have gone to one of the many alternative companies making plates.”

“Bought 3 plates. Unfortunately quality was really poor - printing very bad on Euro GB badges on all plates - plus chips in a couple of the plates. It was put down to some new starters. Shame they weren’t overseen properly. However, the service recovery was extremely good. Some of the best I’ve experienced. No quibble and immediate refund on reviewing the photos of the plates.”

“It is a pitty I have to rate your service poor, as the plates itself are what you advertise, but my request to receive an invoice was bluntly turned down. The transaction was not via paypal and thus the answer to print the paypal transaction is not helpful. My message with the explanation and the request for the invoice was not answered anymore.”

“Order process quick and delivery prompt. However number plate has defect on a corner and after all its the products look thats the main requirement.”

“The product itself is fine, but after placing my order I received 10 email confirmations for other customer's orders all with my email address and name but other customers contact details. I contacted customer services multiple times but received no response so i'm not convinced how well they manage personal data!”

“Positive sides, website is good and easy to use and delivery was communicated well. Downsides, number plate quality/ finish was poor with clear plastic coating poorly applied/ misaligned and of cheap quality. To be fair I have not raised a complaint as don’t deem it worth it but if I was someone who wanted a show plate for my pride and joy I would have sent them back”

“No Customer Service! Ordered on a Saturday, checked progress on Tuesday using link to Royal Mail via their website. Royal Mail stated "sender preparing item" so contacted them via e-mail as they state "Same Day Dispatch"; so I expected the item to have been posted on Monday! NO REPLY to this date, completely ignored my e-mail! Item arrived a few days later - but that still doesn't excuse their lack of contact to my query!”

“Looks like I ordered a normal size rear plate and a stupidly big front plate by accident. The system should flag a non standard size plate with a standard plate Also should be a an option to not order the fixing kit”

“The actual plates are ok for the price, but delivery was painfully slow and although ordered before 3pm they were not made and shipped that day. Also... their website automatically adds things to your basket which is illegal. A law under the Consumer Contract Regulations in the UK was introduced in June 2014 to protect shoppers from what is called “sneak into basket”. To be clear - The Consumer Contract Regulations which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in the UK make it clear that it is illegal for online stores to add additional items to a shopper’s basket automatically where additional payment is sought. This applies to pre-ticked boxes where a shopper would have to take action (un-ticking a box or in some cases ticking a box) in order to avoid additional payment. Businesses who do not comply with the laws set out under the Consumer Contract Regulations leave themselves open to dispute and revenue loss because customers can seek recourse for the transaction, which includes money back while retaining ownership of the items purchased. (This means free plates for everyone!!) I did send them this information but they did not reply - so hence when they asked me for a review, they may take note of it on here??”
