“Plates arrived quickly. Delivery agent didn't make him/ herself known, the plates were pushed through the letter box, consequently the white plate edge was damaged.I emailed both the supplier and delivery service. The delivery service said their contract was with the supplier. The supplier did not make any effort to reply.”

“I paid for next day delivery. I knew I would not be home but thought the plates would be put through my letterbox to wait my arrival home from work. However they were taken back to my local sorting office which is over 12 miles away. Very inconvenient and I didn’t know that this would happen.”

“I ordered two sets of plates, One set was fine, the others were not as ordered. Show plates emailed back what they advised I had inputted. I have advised there must be a glitch on the system, as the plates I ordered that were different were the show plates with my companies details on and spaced different. These being different from the other plates that were ok. I would not have ordered another set of plates without these details on, as that was the primary point of ordering them, I have asked them be remade or refunded, Had no further communication back. I have ordered some more from a different company,only to find it is the same company as this one ,but with a different name. It would be appreciated if I was refunded for a set.”

“Non existent customer service, completed an order and with seconds sent an email (the only contact available) requesting change of delivery address and a subsequent follow up email. Plate sent to wrong address, to date still haven't even received acknowledgement of emails. Quality of plate nothing special corners weren't even rounded off properly. ...not great”

“According that I order my plate on a Friday, pay next day delivery, Then I got a message that was supposed to get on my address on Tuesday, but was delivered in another city, so I just got it on Wednesday. So I pay extra for next day delivery and I got my plate 5 days after. I'm not happy”

“Ordered plates on 22 December and didn't receive them until 7 January. Even taking into account the Christmas period, this was an unacceptable time to wait especially as money was taken immediately. Also no emails updating me of progress unless I asked.”
