I paid for next day delivery and it never happened. Haven’t seen plates yet as left for holiday three days after the day they were supposed to be with me.

I still have not received my order The company Yodel said they could not deliver the parcel Although I was in all day Since this time nobody has contacted me

I’ve emailed twice but no phone number to call. I paid for the fixing kit which didn’t come with plates. I’ve asked when they are going to come to I can put them on car but no reply

I still have not received my plates Excuse was they couldn’t find the address. We are business times two and we receive many parcels each day. So why they couldn’t find us is beyond me.

Postage charges ridiculous, paid for next day delivery, arrived four days later, would have been quicker to go and pick it up myself, letters on plate not even central, absolute rubbish!

It was not clear art all that the plates I ordered would not have all the mandatory information on them to make them DVLA compliant. So I now have plates that can't be used on my car

19.11.18. I have recently received my order of 4 plates and unfortunately one of them has a couple of blemishes. I emailed the sales team on Wed 14.11.18 and await a reply.

I took delivery today of a parcel which contained wrong invoice and plates. I ordered CE68 NYS and received RK14 NBM, invoiced to Dan Saunders, 51 Homefield, Yate BS37 5IS. Does this break GDPR? Has Mr Saunders received my invoice?

Both front and rear plates came without any protective covering the fronts and as a result the surface of both plates have scratches running through them. Secondly the blue "Euro/GB" symbols on the left of each plate are completely different colour blues. The plates therefore do not match! Thirdly, the rear plate has lots of air bubbles under the Euro/GB symbol which will not come out! These personal plates were going to go onto my new BMW.....sadly they wont be.

Had an issue with the surround on a replacement plate not being level and despite sending emails, no response. And the phone number is unobtainable. Poor aftercare despite prompt despatch.

The quality of the number plate is very good but when I paid the extra £2.99 for the fitting kit which doesn't even contain plastic bolts suitable for motorcycle fixing, I felt a little ripped off. I did email them but received no reply. Poor customer service.

While the plates are of acceptable quality you receive zero correspondence from them that the plates have been dispatched or any tracking information. Even after emailing them to enquire i had nothing back. The first time I ordered from them was the same but i thought I'd give them another try. There will not be a 3rd! No exsitance of customer service so if you had a problem with your order that would be unlikely to get a response.

Hi Ian, All of our order and dispatch confirmation emails are automated and delivered to every customer to the email address supplied when purchasing, Sometimes these can find their way into the junk folder on your computer.

Took some time to arrive and wasn’t the font I’d looked at the one I’d looked at was a darker black where this is quite light 3d carbon so probably won’t use it now anyway!
