“They were quite expensive and the quality is awful. The black is faded and the GB badge is red not blue...? Please arrange a new set?”

“Ordered at 3:15pm, arrived next day but the quality is poor which it shouldn't be as they're expensive. There are streaks through all the letters on both plates so I'll have to get them done again which is annoying as they're three times the price of competitors on eBay but I got caught out and had to have them next day.”

“Plate did not arrive - turned out to be the courier's fault - but Show Plates were not very helpful and did not respond to email. Did receive replacement plate in the end - delivered by same courier - possibly not a good choice.”

Hello, We have changed couriers for this very reason, We are very sorry you didn't receive our email to you updating your order, Please check your junk folder as sometimes update emails can go into there.

“The quality of the plate was really bad, the boarder was not equal on both side. Very bad quality that I just leave it home not use.”

“Advised same day shipping if ordered before 3pm. Wasn't shipped same day. Advertises the fixing kit includes sticky pads, it didn't. Website shows ALL reviews at 5 stars, real review websites shows a more mixed bag.”

“Bought a road-legal plate with Euro/GB stars for my motorbike. The plate itself looks quite nice, but the stars are just a sticker which has been laminated over. It's smaller than I expected, and not even square with the plate. Disappointed to say the least.”

Hello Jack, Can you please try to email again? We reply to every email received and we have checked our junk folders etc, But we don't seem to have any outstanding error cases. The plates would not have left our factory 'cracked' and I can only assume this is a courier damage issue which we would be only to happy to replace. Please email again to sales@showplatesdirect.com

Hello, We issued a replacement plate straight away after your first email on the 20th August and your replacement according to the tracking arrived on the 22nd of August. SPD

“Quick delivery although Hermes tracking said it was returning the parcel to the sender. Both plates cracked in one corner. Very bad packaging, just a cheap thin bubble envelope. Not enough to protect the edges. Won't be using again, no point in taking a chance with damage in the post.”

“Good plates but took a week to arrive, by which time I had had to buy others locally. Website does not give delivery timing, so be careful.”
