“Ordered on Friday. Didn't arrive until following Thursday - same day despatch?? Web says delivery is £3.99 - was charged £4.99 Ordered fixing kit - none arrived so now have to source myself”

“Rear plate for a motorcycle was received damaged - in damaged packaging - and letters and digits were out of line with the backing plate by as much as 3mm. Repeated attempts to communicate with the company in writing were ignored and eventually the replacement plate had to be ordered from another company. A very disappointing experience!”

“Asked for acrylic plates and was told they only do abs type with printed matter stuck on backing plate (these used to be cheapo plates ) now told they are industry standard , although they refunded my money without question , I got high quality legal acrylic plates elsewhere”

“Ordered 2 x Rear Plates different registrations. When they arrived 1x front 1x rear . Found an email address to inform them and after sending 2, never had a reply. Also never had a confirmation they had received my order as they state on their website until the plates arrived did I know they got the order. Had photographic evidence should they require it. I had no clue until I took delivery the company is in Guernsey and can only be contacted by e mail which they don't reply to. Never the less I will not be using them again and put it down to a bad purchase. I will buy them locally in future. Should they be interested in putting their mistake right the plate I require is a REAR PLATE Registration No P80 DDY. If they check the order It Clearly states 2 x rear Plates”
