“I ordered carbon plates from show plates direct when they came there was no carbon writing on the plates I emailed regarding this matter with a picture and there reply was we don’t do refund and won’t send out new plates for there mistake. Awful custom and would never use these again, hope no one else will as there after your money and not your custom!!”

“I did not receive it on time and I am still waiting for a refund of the cost for next day delivery, the parcel arrived 3 working days late. I would not recommend what so ever!”

Hi Connor, I have forwarded this to our support team for them to investigate further. I can see that your order was dispatched on time but unfortunately once it leaves our depot and is in the hands of Royal mail the parcel leaves our control. “Ordered on a Sunday on next day delivery. Expected them to arrive Tuesday, they arrived on Wednesday after the car had been sold Tuesday evening. Now stuck with £40 worth of useless plates”

“received pair of plates for my car which cost me over 41 pounds after postage, very poor quality, emailed twice with all details including my phone number, as of yet absolutely no response. phone numbers for them non existant. totally useless set up which has left me well out of pocket. this sadly is the first time I have ever had to leave negative feedback about anybody because on the few occasions ive had a problem with a service it has always been dealt with. yours truthfully bryan williams”

“Plate arrived with colours missing in the flag symbol, emailed show plates and sent photos, but not had a response back .I have used Show plates before no problems but will go to A1 plates and throw this one away.”

“Plates supplied were not legal in that the spacing was incorrect. When I complained I was glibly told that producing and supplying such plates was not illegal but the use of them was. They refused reissue or refund. Don't fall for these con men.”

“Plates arrived and where unusable as it just read gibberish! Rubbish! The uk law states a gap is required yet my plates failed this and after getting in touch with these people they where extremely unhelpful and short !! No help no after care!! plates where placed in bin! Waste of money time regardless of what was ordered !! A little more time and effort brings existing customers BACK! never again in my case thx”

“Ordered two number plates and only received the yellow one for the back. Emailed to let you know and have received no reply. Why pay £44 for two number plates and only receive one. Customer service is very poor. Shall be putting a complaint in to eBay and want a refund.”

“Plates packaged incorrectly so scratched in transit. Also laminate film not covering the whole plate face. No response from seller after contacting them. Terrible customer service and product.”
