“Plate arrived damaged due to poor packaging despite me paying £5.75 for delivery. Quality quite poor with jagged edges cut on plate, and the euro badge had bubbles on it, two different shades of blue and not cut accurately either. Tried emailing them to complain, and got no response. Just about sums up their attitude to customer service - slack. £35 down the drain. Cheers. 👍”

“Arrived in good time poorly packaged considering the postage price - turned up with a damaged rear plate. 2 dents on the edge and the laminate peeling. Contacted 2 customer care emails and had no reply. Had to open a case via PayPal to seek replacement or refund.”

“We didn’t get the size plate that we believe we ordered. Mistakes can happen I guess on both sides. It the reason for the low score is due to the appalling customer service. Sorry but there are a lot of plate makers out there and I can’t recommend using this one over any other.”

“Plate came with showplates direct branding on. Not the same as the website which shows a plain plate. No telephone number to contact them on. Disappointing as need to throw this one away and find an unbranded plate.”

“Plates arrived not as requested, even though email was sent prior to order and got a quick confirmation it could be done as needed. Emailed twice to inform plates are not as requested but to date no response. Order with caution!!”

“Terrible wouldn’t recommend - delivery has still not been made over 1 week after waiting. Apparently the plates have been sent back to the sender I assume @ show plates. Despite numerous emails no one has responded I will expect a refund or will take the necessary action.”

“I’m very unhappy that I have to leave a bad review on any product but I would not buy from showplates again nor would I recommend them to anyone. The quality was poor and I’m still in a dispute over the plates I ordered. I sent them photos and haven’t heard back from them as they don’t have a contact number, just emails. There are better quality plates out there at the same price.”

“Have used them several times before and have been pleased with quality and delivery time of product. This order quite the opposite No communication No plates No delivery times. Sent this feedback questions a week ago but still not had my plates!!”
