“What No Plates!!!! Had to go and get some more made elsewhere, Trying to get a refund. Ha Ha doesn't look good at the moment. I have used them 3 times before and no problems, This time its not looking good, dont need the plates anymore, just a refund!”

“Paid and ordered some standard number plates. Received notification of delivery but they never arrived despite numerous attempts at tracking the information changed all the time”

“Plates still not turned up. Delivery company absolute rubbish. Delivered my plates somewhere apparently and signed for them themselves. Emailed "Show Plates Direct" but so far no response, now in 5th day.”

“Faulty plate - border was printed with a gap in it. Have emailed them three times to report and ask for a replacement but have had zero reply and don’t expect to get a reply. Would never recommend to anybody else. Awful.”

“Ordered Plates @ 12.20 on Monday 21/01/2019 paid for next day delivery and still have not received the plates as of 28/01/2019. Sent a number of emails to sales@showplates-direct.com and they have not responded to a single email. Very Very poor customer service. Still waiting for a response to them issuing a full refund of £40.42.”

“It was extremely easy to order and pay. The problem occurred when I received the plates and they had sent me someone elses. I had to contact them to make them aware of their error and I wasn't impressed with their response, it was hardly apologetic. My concern was where my private registration had been sent to and could it end up being cloaned or something and the poor person who plates i was sent that obviously aren't aware of their error. I would hope they have now implicated extra measures to make sure this error doesn't happen again but just be ware.”

“Poor quality, they have blue overspray on them, I have contacted them to request a refund, but herd nothing back also sent them pics, I would avoid, im going to open a case on paypal. They have no phone number to call them and do t respond to emails”

“Received my package and they was no plates inside, e-mailed customer service regarding this, not even any acknowledgement that I sent it, absolute disgraceful, I have now asked for a refund”

“Maybe you should try to talk to your customers when you mess up at the end of the day. Without them you don't have business. No response to emails, waited over a week no plates wouldn't use again.”

“Didn’t dispatch when supposed to. Paid for next day delivery, didn’t arrive, no response to communication, didn’t authorise a refund and then plates turns up almost 2 weeks after they were supposed to”

“Just received my Motirbike plate which was to read: XXXXX (5 digits on a 9” X 7” rear plate. Actual plate received configured: XXX XX I will return plate and hopefully will be resolved. Will update review than.”

“Absolutely disgusted with the numberplate that I received today. I ordered a show plate for my brand new motorcycle with a "Scotland" euro badge on the plate. What I received looked like it had been made by a 5 year old. The Scotland euro emblem had been cut out roughly and stuck on top of the existing euro badge. It look hideous and won't be going anywhere near my bike.”
