“ordered the plates, and been waiting, can`t get through to any contact, called yodel as someone keeps trying to deliver late at night at a office, they won`t confirm anything, wish I had ordered elsewhere poor service.”

“Very disappointed first plate came and there’s was a printing error where writing had smudged. Clearly no one checks before sending. However they did replace it. But then the replacement had similar printing error but the writing was not straight. I do feel really let down by this”

“I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, recently there seem to be many negative ones. I ordered and they don't make it obvious what is a legal plate and what isn't, I was pulled over by the police and given a warning. When you go to the website it picks show plate by default and then allows other options but there is no warning to say you are ordering an illegal plate. The company refuse to send a replacement that is legal.”

Hello, There are plenty of warnings and descriptions on the website to show you and allow you to design and print 'Show Plates' however you want them, These are made and used at the owners risk, We print directly from what the customer designs with no change of design being made by ourselves unless instructed by the customer, What you received was exactly what you designed and ordered, We are looking into this case for you. There is a clear distinction from Show Plates and Legal plates on the website and it is not easily confused.

“Not impressed with quality. Looks like it was printed on a home computer. Postcode doesn’t relate to an address and is therefore illegal despite being sold as road legal. Will not be putting on bike”

“Vertical banding on black print, looks like they e been printed on a poor inkjet printer. Black looks brown as yellow is showing through. Really poor quality. E-mailed for a refund - no reply. Will raise a dispute on PayPal.”

“Ordered my motorbike plate on Tuesday evening and it didn't arrive until Saturday evening although it is advertised same day dispatch. When it did arrive it didn't contain the fitting kit that I have paid for. I have emailed them twice and had no reply whatsoever! The plate itself is good quality but I am annoyed that I have paid for a fitting kit and have been ignored.”

“Went for quality but was disappointed in the faded looking black hi-line fonts and contrast, no better than cheaper plates I have bought before. I would not use again and will stick to eBay in the future.”

“Awful. Plate took 3/4 days even though they quote 2 days. I ordered 6 x 4 inch and got a standard sized one! Emailed them to get what i ordered or a refund and didnt get a reply!”

“Unable to comment on product. Ordered a week ago, still awaiting delivery. Hermes are a rediculas currier and postal options should be given for people. I have a motorbike im unable to ride due to paying for first class delivery, yet 7 days later i still havent recieved my plate (new private plate, the bike still has its old registration on). Prodouct will no doubt be good, but the buisness needs a more reliable currier, especially for more rural living people. Update: product as described, good quality and as ordered. Show plates direct do as they say. Still stand by Hermes being a poor choice of courier. Plate arrived 8 days later (paid for first class). I was informed by the driver she had "given my parcel to a guy coming to our house" (i know ever one on the glen) no one had seen or spoken to her. It was found in a post box 7 miles from my house, the driver knows exactly where my house is.”

Hello, Have you emailed our support team? Also we do have other 'faster' postal options available at checkout. The standard UK tracked service is not a 'time' guaranteed service. Orders are normally delivered via this service in 1-3 working days. They are however Fully Tracked and mistakes by our couriers are always either 'Replaced or Refunded' We are sorry to hear that this was your experience, We have checked your order and your delivery address that you entered was incomplete and incorrect (No house number or complete street address) This was delivered 7 days after ordering as the couriers had to investigate and correct the address.
