Have an issue with the plate but no one has got back to me to resolve it dispite me contacting you a number of times

Extremely poor service and didn't even deliver the correct order. Multiple follow ups done but no success. They charged the full money and didn't deliver the order. Sent at least 20 emails, explained the issues in their website, gave them the screenshot, nothing helped. Icing on the cake is that they stopped replying totally and is ignoring their own mistake. PATHETIC SERVICE, LIARS .. AVOID AT ALL COST !!

I got the wrong address when I ordered. I immediately sent multiple emails. None of which were answered. They proceeded to sent the plates to the wrong address. Non existent customer service. Will never use them again.

Had issues receiving the plates. I needed them for a specific event. I know many people that have used them before and had great service. I've tried contacting but still nothing back. The event has now passed. Would understand if there has been an issue with making them etc but had nothing to say why theres been a delay. Still dont have the plate so cant comment on the how good the plates are.

Not a happy customer and terrible customer service!! The wrong order was sent to me nearly a week ago, after sending emails with photo evidence asking for the correct number plate to be sent I still have heard NOTHING. I have spent £20 on a number plate I cannot use. You have no contact number so I cannot even call a member of customer service?!? If I still get no reply in the next couple of days I will take further action.

It does not do what they say what they advertised they sa is over night delivery it’s been a week now I have not got my plate I ordered that is not a got service is it?very disappointed I will not recommend them to all my friends even in my Facebook families.

I need someone to contact me asap, the driver couldn't not find my address yesterday in Surrey when he was 10mins in the location and today I asked for a re-delivery they delivered to a unknown address, I contact drivers customer service and they picked up where he scanned before leaving I went to that address it is not there, my details & number plates are in the wrong hands and I am not happy I lost out in a booking to have them fitted lost out on delivery that I paid and most importantly the valuable item.

I received the wrong size plate. I asked politely for a resolution to the problem I was met with a robotic response stating the full order details showing the order I had made. I responded that the original email receipt didn’t have these details I.e. the size of the plate and it also showed an order for the fixing kit which I didn’t order so was inadequate in showing me my actual order (size most notably) I explained if it was my mistake I would have spotted it with a detailed receipt but that detailed receipt was only produced after my complaint. I have a useless plate I didn’t want they have my money that sums it up really

My plates have not arrived I’m caught in the crossfire between yodel and the driver who thought it would OJ to leave th number plates by my front door? This is happy days to the drug community of Southampton just waiting for my car to be cloaned and whatch the tickets arrive good old yodel tossers

I received 3 of the 5 plates I ordered, I am fully aware mistakes happen- the confirmation slip in the packaging showed only 3 of the 5 plates so it was human error. I have emailed the company 3 times regarding the two missing plates and they haven't bothered responding so I have had to open up a case with Paypal. They have no contact number and their customer service is non existent. Avoid like the plague.

Thee is a line saying “show plates direct” on the bottom of the plate. That line was not in the preview online and I do not want it on there.
