“The ordering process was straightforward and allowed some nice customization options. The price was very reasonable and affordable, especially compared to local brick and mortar stores. If the delivery and quality of the final product are as good as the process so far, I will be very happy.”
“I was worried about getting the marker on time, had it expedited but I just received an email saying it's arriving tomorrow, im very grateful for that! I woukd 100% recommend Signature.”
“I didn't need a typical grave marker. When my dad passed in August 24, going through his possesions I found my grandfathers urn. Family knew that my dad his mother, my grandmother but we didn't find her. After a few calls to the crematory in CA, they found my grandmother in a funeral home in WI, she was never picked up and they held on to her for 19 years. This is when I knew I needed a SPECIAL marker so my grandparents could finally be put to rest. Signature Headstones helped me to create a grave marker with the names of all 3 loved ones. I live in MN but they are shipping the marker to WI for me as it weighs almost 200 pounds. Buying anything online is scary, expecially something so expensive and special, but Jeffrey and the staff made it very easy.”
“Great company to work with. Every process easier than other companies I tried, both on line and local. Quick responses to my concerns. Very good selection and great prices. Love the free shipping too.”
“While planning a funeral and burial can’t be very painstaking and a lot to handle. Ordering the headstone has been with this company has definitely been the easiest thing we had to handle. The design process is very user friendly and took a total of 10 minutes to do from start to finish. Customer support has been communicative and responds very quickly to questions regarding the order. Will post an updated review once we receive the stone!”
“So far this has been an excellent experience. I am waiting for the final design email. If everything is delivered to the right locations and the art work is correct I’ll be writing a ten star review. A local monument company absconded with my money and went bankrupt. This experience with Signature has been truly exceptional.”
