“Three days after I thought I had submitted everything for my order, I got a reminder saying my artwork wasn't uploaded. As time was of the essence for my order I was a worried the delay would mean I wouldn't have it in time. Everything worked out, but it would have been good to know my artwork wasn't there sooner.”

“Needed a replacement pole for our pull-up banner (which was purchased from Signworld Canada). Easy to find on the website. Quick delivery. And best of all, the pole actually fit our banner unit.”

“The stand provided to me was cracked on one of the adjustable knobs. Unfortunately for me i only took the item out of the box the day before my event. One side cannot extend properly due to the crack so I had to keep the frame at a lower level. This was my first time ordering from this company so I was going off of good reviews. The feet of the stand dont really stay secure when screwed in either. Besides this the stand did what it was supposed to.”

“I ordered a 3 panel folding sign with graphics option. They helped me translate my graphics from a Powerpoint file to a CYMK compliant TIF file by recommending me some free software. My sign came out great! Albeit much larger than I anticipated. The purchasing process was smooth and they replied to all my questions promptly. My item shipped quickly and I am very happy with the result. Highly recommended.”

“This is the worst service I have ever seen. It's been nearly a month since they overcharged me by 4 times the original cost and I am still awaiting a refund. (They stated they shipped 4 items, when only 1 shipped). I have to put in a complaint through Visa because they constantly tell me the credit is on the way, but they don't do it. They are crooks. They're awful. Don't use them! Find it elsewhere.”
