“My interaction with staff, turnaround time, price, and the product printing were all truly excellent. I couldn't ask for better. The only element that I found was slightly less than perfect is the fact that re-rolling the banners to store/carry in their canisters is a bit finicky; you have to be very careful to roll them straight, or the metal top of the banner won't sit properly in the canister (or worse, you'll damage the sides of the banners if you don't feed them straight in). But overall for the price and the service, this is worth the effort.”

“OUR EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE WAS GREAT. QUEEN, THE YOUNG LADY THAT SERVED US WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. wHAT I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT IS YOUR STAND....IT WAS SLIPPING AND SLIDING AND NOT HOLDING ON THE FLOOR IN ONE PLACE ON THE FLOOR; ADDITIONAL EVEN THE THE TOP RODS WERE NOT HOLDING SECURE THEY WERE MOVING INWARD ALL THE TIME AND WE HAD TO KEEP MOVING THEM APART TO KEEP OUR IMAGE AS STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE, BUT EVEN THIS DID NOT HELP AS OUR IMAGE FOLDING IN THE MIDDLE.. THERE WAS NOTHING TO ANCHOR OR SECURE ANY OF THE MOVING PARTS TO STOP FROM ALL OF THIS FROM HAPPENING.”
