Worst experience ever, ordered end of November, to arrive, in Australia, in time for a Christmas gift, despite them advertising 6 - 9 days delivery, it eventually turned up 6 weeks later, 3 weeks after Christmas. If I want to return the item, I have to post, at my expense, to an address in America.

The order that I placed and paid for has been stuck in their delivery system since Dec. 13. I have written to customer service three times and have gotten the same useless answer each time, telling me to have patience. Whether or not I ever get this order (which was supposed to have arrived before Christmas), I will never buy from them again, and I encourage others to do the same.
