“Ive made 2 orders with silver by mail.
The 1st one arrived 2 weeks late and the second they sent out the wrong item.
They informed me that they was going to send me a QR code to make the return which I'm still waiting for. And I'm going to have to take time out to take it to the post office.
No mention of refunding my next day delivery charge.
If they get it right I'm sure they are fine.
But if they get wrong it's up to you sort it at the cost of time.”
