“I purchased the dragon earring and cuff, intending it to be for the left ear. I made the mistake of ordering the right instead. I contacted their customer service and received a reply within the next day! The CS agent sent me a free shipping label so I can exchange for the intended ear. However a week later the cuff I received didn't match the description. The metal was tarnished and the metal stud had snapped off perhaps during shipping. I contacted customer service again and they were quick to resolve the issue
