“After ordering a ring from seeing an advert online. When it came it looked cheap so we sent back. Took to Post Office sent it recorded and to sign for including the invoice (as requested) to show where purchase came from. So kept receipts. From then to now moved house. Got notification payment was due for it. So contacted them to say that I sent back. They said they haven't received. They asked for the tracking number. I said to my frustration that I can't find the receipt but had sent please check again. They said no not received. Anyway after looking for receipt. I found it. It shows sent back with them receiving and it signed by them. Yes I did loose at first my receipt of postage. Plus as didn't like it. It cost me £7.00 of my own money to send back MORAL OF THE STORY IS I DONT LIKE DISHONESTY . Never again”
“Couldn’t give a 0. Ordered a ring in March, it was faulty I tried for months and months to get it changed they ignore emails and Instagram messages. Finally spoke to someone who told me a replacement would be sent, I never received it/it was never sent. It’s now October and they are YET AGAIN not answering.”
