“Are the bangles that were supposed to be covered with 18 karat gold, are they supposed to fade? I've been wearing mine 24 hours a day and I've had mine since last week. Are they supposed to fade over time?”

“The Love Screw Bracelet and Ring looks very good except for the inner screw fell when I unscrew it. Before I placed the order Nori, chat room, messaged me if I need help, I message her back asking how to measure the bracelet, waited forever, so impatiently placed my order, unfortunately when it came, it's small and the inner screw fell. I emailed the customer service for return and replacement and the response with return label was so fast, big thumbs up for them.”
