“I used to always buy from Simmi shoes and was one of my favourite brand until i ordered 3 pair of shoes on black Friday, the delivery they used “ write by false” that they left my package by my neighbour “ which was a false info” as my neighbour never received anything. And then when i had to chase it and report it to police, find out they just left the package by my door which is now stolen! I have tried so many times to contact customer service to raise the problem. However they never helped me and constantly replied generic replies! And they were not helpful! I now lost my money, never received the shoes as well as my time. This is very frustrating and disappointing to see how awful their customers service is after having to deal with such an incapable delivery system! I wanted everyone be aware if this and know if there is a problem they wont get any help from simmi shoes! I have now lost, time, money and never received my shoes!”
“I had to pay 20euro in customs to receive my order, which I don't really mind but other outlets you don't have to pay this. what was a disgrace was that the boots I ordered stank of fish, the smell was extremely intense and spread to everything the shoes touched. I don't think they should have sent the shoes in such condition and when I went to return them I paid 13 euro postage and just got a message saying I need to pay 35 euro in customs. they sent me shoes that stank and I am now at a loss for it, don't send the shoes if they aren't up to standard, they seriously need to review their quality control process.”
“I barely leave reviews but I am so frustrated with Simmis customer service. It was my first time ordering from simmi and I was shipped a used pair of heels with obvious wear and tear damage as well as the soul of the shoes very dirty. that’s the pair called “Harlow strappy lace stilettos” which btw I have pictures of. The second pair of heels called “Monsoon patent clear chair” are 2 sizes bigger, there was no mention in the description that they are much bigger fit.
I emailed them a detailed email on simmi website because of course they provide no phone number, I don’t hear back. I try emailing them again finally someone named “Tracy” says ok well here’s your refund for the used Harlow heels however we don’t provide refund for the other pair that are also defectively big I ordered a size 6 and they fit an 8. She tells me she can only do an exchange but they’re sold out of a small size.
Mind you on top of regular premium price I paid for both these heels, I also paid shipping, plus duties. Now if I were to do an exchange I would also have to pay again to ship the item back. Basically I am forced to buy another pair because they won’t give my money back

“I ordered shoes 5 pair 3 were to small and spoke with someone through email was suppose to get prepaid return postage and haven't received anything. DHL supposed to pick up packages and no response from Simmi. Very disappointed in customer service”
“Ive ordered size 7 twice now (even though i am a 6) and both times i have had to give my shoes to my sister who is a size 5. One was a sandle and one was a heel. I dont understand who's feet will fit in these. Wasted my money!”

Of shoes, the price came up to about $110 and with shipping $122. When I checked my bank statement they took out a total of $185 with no explanation for it and customer service has yet to refund me my money I which they are being difficult with. I have them a second chance an there will not me a third”
“I got the shoes & they were huge ¬ as pictured, so i took them to the post office to return. I followed the instructions they provide to return products & found that if you're in the US you'll be responsible to pay $80 to return your shoes for whatever reason. So I reached out to them to see if they could send me a prepaid shipping label, as most companies do & they refused.”

After sending over 5 messages to the customer service I got a reply saying these shoes are made for small feet!!!! They want me to pay return fee and send it back which is a hassle as I was already charged $19 for postage! Disappointed!!!”
