“There was a once in a lifetime event where hundreds of pictures were taken. During the rental, Simple Booth did an upgrade and only 15 pictures uploaded. This is completely unacceptable from a business and personal standpoint. We can't recreate these memories.”
“I was excited to get a photo booth for my 60th birthday party that was within my budget. The app did not work reliably. I had reports that people had taken photos and there was no evidence of those photos captured where they should have been.
When I went to sign on to retrieve my photos the app would get hung up and I spent a good amount of time just trying to get the photos I did get. I signed up to get the app and apparently it can go through Apple. Difficult to find where the purchase was made and since they continue to charge monthly for use when the item was not needed beyond one night. It was difficult find the charge. Only until I was charged a second month despite my efforts to cancel though e-mail, they would not take responsibility in assisting for that cancellation. So they got an additional month even thought i asked to cancel the subscription. I printed some pictures to give away and the quality of the photos were not great either. all around I would never consider this product. It works poorly and the customer service is not anywhere where they are willing to offer a refund when the attempt was made. I did not even ask for a refund on the product for the night I used it despite the disappointing product. But i think I shrould get the refund for all of it.”
“The app itself is alright, but the customer service is terrible. Why would you need customer service, you ask? Because the app doesn't work all of the time, unless you never update your iOS or run any other apps on your iPad/iPhone. There always seems to be something that interferes with it's proper operation, and their answer is to go troubleshoot yourself and let them know when you've got a solution.”

So sorry for the misunderstanding. After your refund ticket was escalated, we gave you a full refund—I hope that made things better for you. We are also planning to review our refund policy to make it more flexible and helpful in the future. Although Virtual Booth didn't have the features you were looking for, it does have a lot of other great features and we hope you consider Simple Booth again in the future :)
