“Very happy with the handrail we received. The wood & brackets were both lovely quality. There were a few parts that weren't totally smooth but we wanted the wood to look natural so we didn't sand them, if you were going to coat/varnish you would need to I imagine. It wasn't too difficult to put up for us DIY amateurs and still looks great even though I'm sure we didn't get it totally straight! The delivery came quickly, though just be aware that we received no notification that delivery would be coming on any particular day so make sure you're going to be in all day until you receive it! Overall very pleased, the hand rail looks great.”

“This is the first time I’ve dealt with this company and I highly recommend them. I ordered on a Wednesday and my delivery of a 3.8 brushed stainless handrail was delivered on the Friday, 2 days. Everything was included with the handrail. Brackets, plenty of screws and plenty of rawl plugs. I would definitely order from this store again.”

“Ordered a new handrail online and it arrived in five days but had one of the brackets missing. Emailed the company and received a reply immediately telling me they would respond within 24 hours. Received the reply next morning apologising and assuring me the missing part would be sent out immediately . Received it the very next morning by Royal Mail. Would give the company minus one star for sending the rail out short but plus two stars for the brilliant after sales service.Would definitely use again.”

“ordered two handrails, arrived within a few days, well packed and undamaged. Courier let the company down supposed to be delivered Thursday, delayed. When i contacted the courier, they said package damaged and needed to be repacked. But when it arrived on Friday, it was in original packaging no damage whatsoever”

“Excellent Service. Needed custom size rails and the team were extremely helpful. When the items were delivered a box had been destroyed in transit causing the loss of some items. I emailed them and they sent out replacements that day. Its often when things go unexpectedly wrong that you see the calibre of the company you are dealing with. Excellent product and first class service.”
