Hi John, You ordered on the 24th April and it was delivered on the 4th May. This was 6 working days? We advertise up to 8 working days and this was on your invoice and emailed to you at the time of purchase. As a company we haven't done anything wrong here and delivered on time/ early. We have tried to contact you but havent had any joy getting hold of you. SimpleHandrails.co.uk

“The handrail wasn’t straight and had to be manipulated ( bent to shape) in order to fit flush to the wall. Disappointing.”

Hi Denis. This weekend is Easter. We have been closed since Thursday at 3pm. I am a little confused about the review? Your order is on its 5th working day. We say allow up to 8 working days as per your order confirmation. Your item also includes custom items which take slightly longer to go through through the factory. “2 pieces still missing 9 glass panels not correct size,hand rail drilled at 1077mm drawing says 1007mm,no communication after emails commenting on issues”

“I have not received my handrail as yet. Apparently it was dispatched 5 days ago however the delivery company have not had it. No one picks the phone. No one responds to emails. No one responds to live chat. Hard to review a product you have not yet received!”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and tomorrow (Monday 22/02/2021) Is only your 5th working day. As per your order we are on up to 9 working days at present. “I would love to write you a review if we have the order that we sent for on the 24-1-2021 and you get on your receipt it will be sent out on 4 to 8 working days then we get told 9 days when we enquired the get a email to say it will be delivered by 4days we are now going in to 2 weeks since we ordered the hand rail”

“Poor construction and design. No diagram or instructions to follow. Bracket that connects rail to wall in effect in 3 pieces. The thread for securing the pieces together is not long enough. Will have to purchase other brackets to ensure safety. Very poor product”

Hi Carol, This review really does baffle us. We sell a lot of these handrails each day with hardly any come backs. We have emailed you twice to no reply about this review. We are a small local company to yourself and times are hard. We are always here if you need assistance.
