“Unimpressed. Order still not received after 20 days. Site said 5-10 working days. No way of contacting delivery company to complain.”

“The product I have received does not match the description or picture of description of your site ad. For the very expensive. Cost the following needs to be addressed: The timber did not have a decent amount of finish. The S/s ends require a specialist drill to fit them a accurately. Very poor standard not a prod British product.”

Hi Val, Thank you for your review we have also tried several times to email and call you with no reply or answer. I must respond however as these comments are not true and they dont paint a clear picture of our company. 1. The expensive part, you have had a partial refund compared to the full price. Not sure what your getting at here. 2. The finish of the product. This is sold as an unfinished product and this is down on the website. We sand the product and get it ready for finishing by the customer. 3. The end caps go on very easy but they can be fiddly. We are always on hand to happily assist. 4. All our oak is from a sustainable sourced mill and machined in the UK. All our fittings are also of high quality. If you want to discuss any of this then please get in touch with us. HI Margaret, We tried to deliver your handrail after two days of the order being made, we normally work on 7 to 10 working days. We emailed all the tracking and no one was there to take delivery 3 days running. You then called UPS to rearrange the delivery on a day to suit and still wasn't in. The rail was still delivered within 7 working days. Thank you. Dan

“Not the quickest delivery but that is not why I marked them so low. The product is very poor quality, certainly not worth any where near the £150 I paid. The hand rail comes in two sections & the join method is a joke. Bad design, you have to drill & screw two plastic joiners. You have to get dead centre of the wooden handrail which is not easy, it should be pre-drilled. Tried as best I could but not perfect, which means the join is not seamless.The screws are also far too short & the plastic part is not fit for purpose. You have the same problem with the end detail. Try to get dead centre of the pole & then screw on a plastic joiner. The screws for the bracket however are far too long (NO i didn't get them mixed up), I pre drilled into the hard wood pole but two screws still broke off half way in. Really poor product, as I've attempted to use it I suppose i can't return it, but I doubt I will put up with this nasty handrail for too long. Look for a handrail where the timber slots into any joiner which may be necessary.”
