“Our online order for a Premium Rail was processed efficiently and the rail is of superior quality. After some forethought (no fitting instructions) and having changed the raw plugs to size 10, I fitted it to the side of a flight of stairs with relative ease. Sorry no photo but it looks great!”

“I cannot recommend the guys at Simplehandrails highly enough. I needed a handrail urgently in preparation for my father coming home from hospital. I jumped on the live chat on Monday morning and explained my circumstances and the guys went out of there way to have it to me the following day. I offered to pay extra for the delivery but was told that under no circumstances would they accept any money and they would ensure it would be with me in time. By Tuesday lunchtime the rail had arrived and it’s now up - 72 hours from order!! You have made a stressful time so much easier for my family. Oh, and I should also say that the handrail is fantastic and exactly what I was looking for at an extremely competitive price. Thank you simplehandrails.co.uk”
