“Very good on responding to post order enquiry. Very good dispatch and delivery. Product quality very good. Only one reservation and that applies to wall mounting screws which appear to be less than the expected no.12 size and the bracket attachment screw heads seem a little small for the bracket holes. However on both accounts the screws as sent will suffice for the application of purchase. Many thanks.”

“We purchased a stainless steel handrail from Simple handrails and we are very please with the items delivered, The package included all fittings and the product is of exceptional standard. We installed it which was very simple with a few basic tools infact it took just an hour. We would recommend Simple handrail.co to anyone wanting a quality handrail at very reasonable prices, this is a true review by very happy customers thanks to all at Simple Handrails!”

“We received good advice during on line interaction and bought 2 oak handrails. They duly arrived and we are very pleased with the quality. The pieces were cut to the required length as specified. To make the service even better, I would have liked a template in order to fit the end pieces dead centre on the handrail. It is very difficult to get this 100% correct manually. Alternatively, the holes at each end could be pre-drilled of course. All in all, a good experience.”

“Clear website to order. Delighted with product as excellent quality. Very well packed for despatch. Product shrink wrapped so easy to install without fear of scratching or damage. Now fitted it looks great. Not the quickest delivery but well worth waiting for. The website has a chat facility to check on order progress and delivery. It arrived on the promised day.”

“I have had an oak and stainless steel rail which is of excellent quality. The full range available is not disclosed on the website (e.g. Adjustable elbow) but there was excellent support via the chat facility. Delivery was slower than hoped for because of waiting for stock to arrive, but the service was superb. The finished product looks superb now it is installed.”
