“The handrail was to make access up a short flight of steps in church easier for our more elderly members. It is exactly right for its situation and has received good comments. Simply Handrails delivered well within the indicated timescale.”

“I’m very pleased with the handrails, BUT on examining the fittings I see that you have supplied only four flat ends, and surely three rails should have SIX flat ends. Please email a quick reply and then send us the flat ends. Roger Juneau”

“Excellent stainless steel handrail, perfect finish and neat brackets which fit to threaded holes on the tube leaving an uninterupted hand surface. Nice touch are stainless steel screws supplied for fitting. A good example of traditional Sheffield high quality steel craft. Worth every penny. Very well packed in a stout tube and quick delivery by Tufnells. Highly recommended.”

“Still not received my first order - half delivered and box was in pieces. Probably not their fault - but courier failed and I am still waiting. Not great so far! Be nice when I get them and install them and then I can review actual item.”

“Parts supplied were of good quality and delivered in good time and well packed to protect them despite carrier damaging packing tubes. Fixing screws supplied were absolutely useless so had to buy my own. Maybe some installation instructions would help?”

“Great quality handrail made from American White Oak. The finish is excellent and with quality metal accessories. Comes in two parts for 3.5 metre handrail with steel middle connector. Just installed after painting.”
