“The handrail arrived quickly and is stylish and of good quality. My son installed it and found the joining of the 2 pieces the most tricky part, but he succeeded and it looks great. We are extremely pleased with it.”

“The handrails are of good quality, but the joiners are awkward to use, the wood needs drilling and there is no template. There are no instructions at all.”

“I’m pleased with the products, though I have yet to install them (it’s a tricky one requiring thought and experiment before making cuts). I’m much less pleased with delivery - the courier did not deliver in the day they promised. Some couriers deliver reliably in two hour windows, so to fail over a day simply won’t do.”
