“Simple Health has great communication! Always letting me know when my order is about to be charged to my card and then when it is shipped. They ask periodically if I need to update my address or insurance and are always available if/when I have questions or need help. I have zero complaints. Never thought birth control though the mail could be so simple. Oh! And they are super gender inclusive. I’m a trans person who does not identify as a women and have never been referred to as one at anytime by any of their staff or on their websites. Absolutely amazing and inclusive!
