“Simple Health has great communication! Always letting me know when my order is about to be charged to my card and then when it is shipped. They ask periodically if I need to update my address or insurance and are always available if/when I have questions or need help. I have zero complaints. Never thought birth control though the mail could be so simple. Oh! And they are super gender inclusive. I’m a trans person who does not identify as a women and have never been referred to as one at anytime by any of their staff or on their websites. Absolutely amazing and inclusive! As well as affordable :) Thank you!”

“I am blown away by my experience with Simple Health. I've struggled for years to access my birth control each month from the common pharmacies. Most months they waste days trying to order my brand, send me driving 20+ miles, or just prescribe me a generic version to check me off their list. It's been a constant worry for me that I won't have my next pack in time. Simple Health was able to write me a prescription and ship out my medicine in 1 day! I am so grateful to have found this service.”

“SimpleHealth has been very easy to navigate, even with my hiccup in the process of getting my birth control. They listened to my concerns and were responsive through text, easing the entire process. They kept me up to date on the contents of my package, the date of delivery, etc. I have not reached out to a doctor about any health concerns yet, but it is certainly nice that I have that option when I need to.”
